Acquired together in a joint venture with an experienced development partner as a former defunct shopping center in the heart of Kaunas, Lithuania. Clearly underserved market segment identified and the first Moxy by Marriot in the Baltics developed and opened in …2020 (the year of the global pandemic). It came out to be a runaway success, voted as the moxiest of the Moxy in the world (in 2022 and 2023) and one of the most successful hotel developments in Lithuania in the past decade. We exited our investment to the joint venture partners in 2023
