Last mile distribution, retail and office complex, which is fully leased to regional e-commerce leader Pigu. It serves as Pigu Lithuanian office headquarters for its more than 300 employees, constitutes its largest Lithuanian physical store with a built in "drive in" function and also provides a 3,500 m2 warehousing facility.

In joint-venture with local partners Grinvest undertook a conversion of a former warehouse into this highly efficient integrated facility and upon completion sold to a regional real estate investment fund.
