A XIXth century St. George hotel, last time fully reconstructed into multifunctional property in 2007. We have acquired the commercial part of the building in 2015 out of the maturing real estate fund. A highly successful coworking space was introduced for a largely vacant part of the property and the retail part was prepared for a full renovation upon departure of Marks&Spencer from the Lithuanian market. Potential anchor tenant for this space decided to acquire the property instead of renting and this completed our short but very active ownership cycle.
